Project of Repair and Maintenance of Medical Equipments / Computers by IMA PEPS in Association with HTSS SOCIETY started from January 2019.The Healthcare Technology Systems and Services Society (HTSS. Society) is a society of health care and biomedical consultants and service engineers.

The following mode of operation is proposed in the scheme. The Doctor registers complaint at PEPS OFFICE through ,email or Watsapp . The service call will be registered at HTSS Society over phone/ WhatsApp during the first phase. (Online registration facility will be accomplished in later stages).
The task will be handled by HTSS Member/ staff/ any person assigned by HTSS. The details of service person will be intimated by HTSS over phone/ WhatsApp.
The HTSS Society will take care of the entire service procedures done by the service personnel. This service scheme is limited to those equipment having approximate basic costs Rs. 50 Lakh (CT/MRI/PET scan, Cath Lab etc. are not included).Only service charges and cost of spares will be demanded for the equipment having basic cost up to Rs. 10,000/- (Category A- No separate inspection charges). On immediate non-availability of spares, minimal inspection chargesmay be demanded for those equipment having basic cost above Rs. 10,000/-, Category B. Implementation Procedures:Only service charges and cost of spares will be demanded for computers and peripherals (Category C- No separate inspection charges).One time FREE preventive maintenance/calibration will be provided for Category B equipment within a maximum period one month from the date of service. The required spares, if any, may be arranged either by customer or Society. Some of the vendors may deliver the spares only to the customers. The service charges and approximate cost of spares will be intimated prior to the service procedures.
