What We Do

PEPS is extending support to clinics and small hospitals through a project called IMA HOSPITAL NETWORK. Through this network we are aiming at the formation of network of small scale hospitals and consultants and will be introducing Parent Doctor Concept where the patients will be referred back to the parent doctor after the consultation by the specialists. IMA KSB & PEPS launched project to support clinics.

Hospital Network is offering best Quality care at affordable rates to the Patients within the network. We have also started a common procurement platform for medical & non medical items for Hospitals coming under this network.

In the admin log in, there is provision to enter the patient details and also facility to order equipments and consumables, or to buy them through the IMA PEPSMED website. There is also a platform for patient login. Log on to imahospitals.com

Any registered modern medicine doctor can register in Employment Bureau. The scheme will help them for placement in hospitals according to their qualifications on payment of service charge.

Helps junior doctors, RMOs, Specialists and Super Specialists by providing information on job placement in various hospitals in Kerala and abroad.

ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION

Only Life Members of IMA Kerala State can join this society.

Any Modern Medicine Hospital (Govt./Private), Health Care Institution or Diagnostic Centres in Kerala can register as a ‘Beneficiary’ of the society’ through a IMA ‘PEPS’ Member. The registration is only for general communications on request, regarding details of various Medical Equipment, Manufacturers, Dealers /Distributors of Medical Equipment OR availability of various Medical Professionals for job placement.

The diagnostic Centres should apply through the Radiologist or pathologist who is an IMA ‘PEPS’ Member.

MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION FEE STRUCTURE*

(Subject to change, as per the decisions of Managing Committee of the society from time to time)

      • PEPS Membership – Rs. 1,000/-
      • Beneficiaries of the Scheme – Rs. 2,500/-
      • For Purchase of Equipment through PEPSAn amount equal to 0.5 % of total purchase value of Equipment will be collected from the Hospital /Institution /PEPS Member for helping to purchase equipment through ‘PEPS’

IMA-PEPS-IMAGE initiative is a venture of IMA –PEPS , the professional Equipment Protection Scheme of Indian Medical Association , Kerala State Branch , in association with IMAGE ,the Biomedical Waste Management Project Of Indian Medical Association We are responsible for ensuring the quality of Barcoded Colour coded Virgin Bio Medical Waste Collection Bags ( Red & Yellow) used by all these Health Care Establishments adhere to the processing requirement at the IMAGE Facility situated in Kanjikode , Palakkad.
